Our top frequently asked questions.

Where will the photographers be at my ceremony? 
GFP Graduations are located on Level 4, downstairs from the Great Hall. Signage will be displayed on ceremony day for your convenience.

What sort of photographs will be taken? ·         

  • Studio Portraits: On the day of your ceremony we will have portrait studios set up 2 hours prior each ceremony to take your photos. Whether you require an individual portrait or unlimited extra poses (photographs) with family & friends, GFP Graduations provide an extensive range of photography options for you to choose from.
  • Degree Presentation Photos: All graduates will be photographed as they cross the stage and accept their degree. Stage photographs can be viewed and purchased on the day of your ceremony or purchased on line 24 hours after your graduation ceremony.

How long will it take to receive my order? 
Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery in Australia, and 15-20 working days for international delivery.  Any queries regarding the status of your order can be made by phoning our Customer product Department (1300 360 445) or by email at info@gfp.com.au. We guarantee speedy and safe delivery of your photographic products, so should your order be damaged in any way, please phone us for immediate resolution.

What time will the photographers start? 
Our studios will open 2 hours prior to each ceremony on the day of your graduation on Level 4, downstairs from The Great Hall.  Even if your parents and friends are not with you at this time, we recommend you have your individual portraits taken.  Your family and friends photos can be taken after the ceremony. This helps keep waiting times to a minimum.

Do the photographers have to stop before the ceremony? 
Yes. We stop photography prior to the ceremony to allow all graduates time to be seated. Our studios will reopen for photography immediately after the completion of the graduation ceremony.

If I don't come early, can I still have photos after the ceremony? 
Yes. Photography will recommence immediately after the completion of the ceremony.

I want to be early and have my photographs before the ceremony, but I don't have my certificate? 
No problem, we will provide a suitable scroll for this purpose.

Do I need to register my interest or make a booking? 
No bookings are required for photography. Simply proceed to our studios before or after the ceremony.

Do you have staff to help me with my regalia? 
Our staff will present your gown, colours and/or mortar board correctly.

I have a large family, can they be included? 
Yes, we actively encourage you to include family and friends in your portrait sitting.

What if I am returning overseas straight after the ceremony? 
GFP can provide a USB containing all your studio photos directly after your sitting OR simply choose your images from the web and they will be posted to your allocated address.

I didn’t have photographs at my ceremony, can I come to the studio? 
Yes, we have a local studio available for this purpose. Bookings are essential and a sitting fee of $40 will apply.  Please phone Customer product (1300 360 445) to make a booking or any enquiries.

Is a login required to view my stage photos? 
No login is required to view stage photos online.  Login details are only required to view studio portraits.

What if I am unhappy with my photos? 
If you are unhappy with your photos please contact our Customer product Department (1300 360 445) or info@gfp.com.au to discuss your problem. We want you to be happy with your photographs and will endeavour to provide an acceptable solution for you. We can also arrange a complimentary studio re-shoot if preferred.
