ORDERING INFORMATION
A copy of your certificate will be required for us to process your order.

If you have ordered your plaque before your ceremony, a receipt and your certificate must be presented to our staff on ceremony day so your order can be completed.

If you have ordered your plaque after your ceremony, email a scanned copy of your certificate to plaques@gfp.com.au, mentioning your order reference number and name on your order.
